Co-Founder & CEO

Saul has spent the last 15 years as a senior executive in the global diamond industry initially as Head of Research of the Rapaport Group of Companies, the world’s premier service provider to the global diamond industry. In 2006 Saul co-founded Fusion Alternatives which quickly emerged as the leading independent diamond tender and marketing platform. Saul has a solid background in strategic management and financial advisory having worked at leading international banking and consulting firms in Australia and Israel prior to his entry into the global diamond market.

Co-Founder & Board Member

Saul has extensive managerial and entrepreneurial experience in the retail and wholesale pharma markets. Today Saul is the Chairman and CEO of iCAN:israel-cannabis.com a leading international business development ecosystem. iCAN operates across all verticals including: consulting, business development, mentoring, investment strategy, network and media, compliance and regulation, CRO, commercialization, formulation and international distribution. Saul is renowned ambassador of cannabis entrepreneurship and sought after speaker and spokesman for the cannabis industry.


After completing his army service with the rank of Captain (Seren) in the Commando Givati brigade of the Israel Defense Forces Gamliel commenced his career in education where he formed the pre-military academic institution, Karmei Chayil in Haifa. Leveraging off his business school training and IT savviness, Gamliel formed a boutique IT solution provider business in 2005. Gamliel has led major international IT solution projects for top-tiered clients. Gamliel also worked with Saul developing the online trading platform solutions for Fusion Alternatives.

VP Business Development

Raphael is a qualified lawyer in both Israel and Belgium. Raphael commenced his career in law specializing in IP law in at leading Israeli law firms. Raphael entered the global diamond industry in 2002 where he was Chief Operating Office of the trading operations of the Rapaport Group of Companies. Together with Saul Singer, Raphael co-founded Fusion Alternatives in 2006 and spearheaded its global sales operations. Raphael is currently Special Advisor to Clearcut Diamonds which is responsible for marketing and sales of Zimbabwe’s national diamond production on behalf of the Zimbabwean government.
